Iron  Mountain, is a world leader in information management services, is looking for a senior software developer for a project of development of new, fast growing cloud based services in Russia.

 Basic description of the Job:

You will work and communicate in multinational project team which is working on developing of the cloud base services. The main goal of this project is developing a new platform for Russia, and this person will be responsible for software part including making and correcting system architecture and software developing in Russia, taking into account Russian businesses needs. This job includes a phase of getting base expertise of the project in Poland; the period of this phase can be one month or longer.

Main duties:

• Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
  
  • Communicating with Russian product manager for full understanding all businesses needs. 
  • Participating in developing right, scalable system architecture, being able to take the lead position in system development in any time.
  • Taking active part in software development, organizing development in Russia according to standards and methodology of software development.
  • Planning and setting tasks to others software developers in project team who will be under this position and controlling the final result.
  • Coordinating the work with the project team.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Expertise in delivering high-quality, scalable, innovative applications 3+ years of industry experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and design skills.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and quality standards.
• At least 2 years of experience in Web application development.
• Few years of experience in leading software development department.
• Good knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft.Net technologies
• Experience in analytics cases and project management
• Internet and operating system security fundamentals.
• Strong expertise in the following technologies and languages: C#, ASP2.NET, MS.Net Framework 3,5 or 3, Transact SQL, Java script, CSS, AJAX, web services , HTML.
• Fluent English.
