BASIC REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybernetics, Applied Mathematics, or Programming

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE;

• UNIX, Linux system programming (C/C++)
• Overall DTV knowledge

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• C/C++ on embedded Linux, GCC, GDB
  
• Understanding MPEG-2 and H.264
  

ADDITIONAL SKILL:

• *C/C++ programming (Linux and Windows)
• Developing experience for TV application
  
• Communication skills
  

WORKSITE LOCATION

• Suwon (S. Korea)

LANGUAGE

• Good command of oral and written English

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Developing multimedia application solutions

• Supporting oversea R&D center(especially China R&D center)
  
• Supporting the development and mass product, coordinating between headquarters (HQ) in Korea and oversea R&D center (especially China R&D center)
  
• Developing advanced multimedia application (based on Cloud)
  
• Developing user interface (UI) application, coordinating between HQ & China

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Developing multimedia application (browser & player, based on Cloud)
• Coordinating between HQ in Korea and China R&D center
  
• Support development of Oversea R&D center(especially China R&D center)
