Requirements:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
    • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybernetics, Applied Mathematics, or Programming
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
    • 3+ years of experience in Windows & Linux system development, SDK development
  • Mandatory Skills
    • C++ language
    • Java language
    • JavaScript programming
  • Additional Skills
    • Windows programming skill
    • Software design skill

WORKSITE LOCATION

  • Suwon (S. Korea)

LANGUAGE

  • Good command of oral and written English

Responsibilities and Duties:

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing SDK (Software Development Kit) for application on TV and BD player
  • Coordinating contents providers to develop applications
  • Developing SDK 4.0 and assist contents providers who develop application using SDK
  • Adding new features of IDE
  • Integrating the softwares for Smart TV
  • Coordinating local R&D and contents providers to develop application
  • Essential Job Functions
    • Developing the SDK for year 2013 products
      •  TV emulator development using graphic modules and middleware
      •  Developing sample widget using SDK for TV
    • Integrating Smart TV software modules into the SDK
      •  Adding and integrating the new features for IDE & new technologies
    • Coordinating contents providers to develop widget application
      •  Technical review of developed applications using SDK
