BASIC REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybernetics, Applied Mathematics, or Programming

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in Network programming / Server programming / Web application programming

Mandatory Skills

• C, C++ / Java script / HTTP / XML / Network protocol

Additional Skills

• Software architecture design
• Object oriented programming
• Network security
• Various debugging techniques

WORKSITE LOCATION

• Suwon (S. Korea)

LANGUAGE

• Good command of oral and written English

Responsibilities and Duties:

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building a generic RM (Remote Management) service  framework (client/server)
• Developing RM service solution for B2B business/local intranet
• Cooperate with overseas R&D center
  
  • Remote Management:  service for access/control/diagnose remote target though network connection
• Developing  server programming and service web page or PC application for local intranet
• Supporting the development and mass product, coordinating between headquarters in Korea and overseas R&D center
• Porting the RM service solution onto B2B product (LFD, hotel TV)
• Integrating the new RM service solution with existing RM solution

Essential Job Functions

• Experience about remote device control and management service framework
• Porting the RM service solution onto various other platforms
• Identifying the causes of the problems that troubleshooting it
• Network protocol design and implementation
