BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:

• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybernetics, Applied Mathematics, or Programming

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of experience in software development for network middleware and application, Wi-Fi device driver development, WPA-supplicat experience preferred

Mandatory Skills:

• C/C++, HTML, XML, SOAP, UPnP, OpenSSL on embedded Linux
• Socket programming on embedded Linux
• Patent- or paper-writing on TCP / IP protocol, Wi-Fi / Wi-Fi Direct, BT, NFC
  

Additional Skills:

• Real-world practice in network programming as a project leader or technical leader
• Software engineering for network programming and developing a new protocol for network application
• Wi-Fi, UWB, Bluetooth, WiGig, Gigabit Ethernet
• Expertise on real-time streaming protocol such as RTSP/RTP

Responsibilities and Duties:

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network Middleware (Protocol):

• Expert of network protocol, especially, TCP/IP Stack (HTTP, UDP, RTP, FTP, DHCP, ARP, RARP), IPv6, Mobile IP

Network Application:

• Software engineering for network programming
• Connectivity application development
• Convergence application development
  

Wired / Wireless technology:

• Expert on Wi-Fi / Wi-Fi Direct / UWB / BT / USB / NFC / Gigabit Ethernet / WiGig, WHDI, WirelessHD / PLC

Convergence and Connectivity framework (middleware):

• Expert on convergence and connectivity framework (middleware) among mobile, stationary devices and services based on Web
