BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
  
  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybernetics, Applied Mathematics, or Programming
• PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  
  • 3+ years of experience in UNIX, Linux system programming (C/C++)
• Mandatory Skills
  
  • C/C++ on embedded Linux, GCC, GDB
  • Understanding data broadcasting, network protocol and security concept
• Additional Skills
  
  • C/C++ programming
  • Network programming
  • Knowledge about security mechanism

• Suwon (S. Korea)

• Good command of oral and written English

Responsibilities and Duties:

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing software upgrade functions using network, data broadcasting and storage device
• Cooperating with overseas R&D center
• Developing high performance USB upgrade function for market user and production process
• Developing network upgrade for various networked product such as Smart TV, BD player, and etc.
• Developing various type of OTA (Over the air software upgrade) which use different spec. for each broadcasting system
• Cooperating with overseas R&D center which perform advanced project for various feature of software upgrade functions
• Developing advanced software upgrade application and middleware to achieve improved feature such as  performance, flexibility, security, and extensibility
• Developing general data transferring and updating infra structure for various requirement of data update

  • Developing application and middleware related with software upgrade function
  • Coordinating advanced project for supporting VOC and overcoming limitations of product
  • Cooperating with overseas R&D center
