BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

    • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Cybernetics, Applied Mathematics, or Programming
  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

    • 3+ years of experience in MPEG Audio / Video / Scaler / FRC / System, GPU, CPU (ARM)
    • Mandatory Skills
    • C/C++, system programming, system design, parallel programming
    • Additional Skills
    • *DTV device driver, system design, kernel level device driver debugging, deep understanding of current CPU/GPUs
    • *CortexA9/A15 –Quad Core, Mali400/T604 GPU, OpenGL ES, GTK
  • WORKSITE LOCATION

    • Suwon (S. Korea)
  • LANGUAGE

    • Good command of oral and written English


BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • DTV device drivers & system performance improvement
  • DTV Device Drivers

    •   Main IC device driver development (internal and outsourcing device)
    •    AV Decoder, Demux, Scaler, Audio Processor, AV Input, and etc.
    •   Backend device driver development : FRC, TCON, Dimming, PDP Panel
    •   Picture enhance device
    •   Peripherals device control
    •   BSP
    •   DTV system design
  • System Performance Improvement

    • Booting time, channel change, source change optimization and improvement
    • User interfacing performance improvement
    • System architecture design
    • Optimization solution
    • Parallel design
