SUMMARY

The ERP Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing execution of projects on Align’s ERP and other mission critical business systems.  This is a hands-on role that requires a deep technical foundation and experience with ERP business processes.  It is a challenging position that requires strong problem-solving skills and a wide range of cross-disciplinary knowledge in hardware, software, and processes related to various ERP functions.  The team lead will oversee a team of developers and effectively manage the associated projects.

• Functional lead of ERP development team.
• Deliver all Roadmap/Release commitments on time, within scope and with quality.
• Analyze business problems and requirements to determine the appropriate technical solutions that are easy to maintain, deploy, and scale.
• Participate in strategic planning and development of the enterprise architecture.
• Identify, design, and write technical specifications for ERP related projects.
• Ensure application ERP development principles, standards, and best practices are followed for each project.
• Research current trends and emerging technologies and provide input on how they may positively or negatively impact the enterprise.
• Plan project implementations and project manage them to successful completion

Требования:

• Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required, Masters is a plus
• Minimum 3 years ERP experience (JDE or Oracle ERP Applications experience is a plus)
• Development lead or hands-on engineering management experience is preferred.
• Strong relational database experience, proficient at SQL, solid understanding of SQLServer or other RDBMS administration.
• Broad exposure to technology and deep understanding of the software development process.
• Experience installing and configuring complex enterprise systems, such as an ERP system.
• Should have a general understanding of medical device/e-commerce/supply manufacturing application functionality and the underlying business processes that are supported by the applications and databases.
