Reporting on the pan-Russia level on regular basis according and ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Support Management of ABS and ITG with knowledge about market situation and field force performance.

Principal accountabilities:

• REPORTING
  
  • Carry out regular nation wide reporting as well as ad - hoc reporting according business needs and Management requests in order to provide Management with updated information about the business.
  • Make those reports and analysis sound and visual by selecting and using appropriate representation / visualization techniques.
• REPORTING PROCEDURES
  
  • Ensure following by reporting procedures and methodology in the area of responsibility in order to achieve efficient and reliable process of reporting.
  • Also support and follow temporary reporting procedures according current business needs and management requests.
• REPORTING DEVELOPMENT
  
  • To take participation in reporting development process if it is necessary project by preparation reporting templates and automation reporting processes (including coding of requests in SQL and/or other programming languages).

Requirements:

• Work experience in multinational FMCG company as analyst / manager position at least 1 year
• Experience in reporting or/and analysis of merchandising and/or sales related dat
• Experience in analysis of large amount of data
• Experience in developing of data warehouses
• Excellent MS Access, MS Excel and Power Point skills
• Excellent SQL skills
• Good hardware and IT infrastructure knowledge
