Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Messaging Services like SMS, MMS, USSD;
• Implementation and integration of Value Added Messaging services;
• Performing messaging-related network and platform configuration changes;
• Monitoring and managing performance and 7x24 availability of messaging-related systems;
• Providing 2nd level support and 3rd level support coordination with 3rd parties / consultants / suppliers.

Requirements:

• Higher education (IT/electronics/telecom);
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT/telecom;
• Solid knowledge of data communication protocols such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMPP, SMTP, DIAMETER;
• Strong technical and logical solutions analysis skills;
• Solid UNIX administration skills (Solaris/Linux/FreeBSD) and shell scripting knowledge(sh, bash, perl);
• GSM network and SS7, basic functional programming skills, GPP standards, protocols and interfaces knowledge (MM1,MM3,MM4,MM7 etc.) is a plus;
• Good communication skills, analytical skills, result-oriented, open-minded, proactive, able to work both in a team and individually, positive attitude.
