Responsibilities:

  • Production products lifecycle support and coordination of product changes;
  • Defects identification and fix coordination;
  • Supporting of products description and operational manual;
  • Preparing support manuals;
  • Analysis of ongoing applications changes;
  • Consultancies of 2nd level support;
  • Problem solving and coordination;
  • Supporting products knowledge base;
  • Incoming requests (bugs and tasks) validation and registration;
  • Test data and equipment of test platform support.

 

Requirements:

  • High IT education;
  • From 2 years of work experience;
  • Unix operation systems knowledge, MS SQL, script language knowledge, software development process understanding;
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Team player, easy to communicate, easy to learn, analytical thinking.
