Responsibilities:

• Providing fail-safe operation and maintenance of Web- and Self-Services platforms. The target systems availability is not less than 99,91%
• Implementation and integration of new solutions for Web- and Self-Services. Analysis of technical part for VAS-related products.
• Providing 2nd level support to internal and external customers. Coordination of 3rd level support.
• Improvement of the operational processes, platforms monitoring improvement, platform security improvement.
• Support of Web- and Self-Services related IP services configuration changes. Hardware installations and changes.

Requirements:

• High Education, preferable in IT or Telecommunication areas;
• Basic GSM,GPRS knowledge is a plus;
• Stong knowledge of J2EE
• Basic knowledge of VAS services (SMS,USSD,GPRS) is a must;
• Strong knowledge of web services (Apache, MTA, DNS) is a must;
• Basic web-security principles knowledge is a must;
• Solid knowledge of data communications protocols (TCP/IP, SIP, HTTP, SMPP, SMTP,SOAP) is a must;
• Good Linux administration experience is a must;
• Good knowledge of SS7 stack of protocols (mainly MAP, ISUP, SCCP, MTP) is a plus;
• Basic database administration skills (Oracle, MySql) are a plus;
• Good shell scripting (sh,bash,perl) knowledge is a must;
• Application Servers experience (Tomcat, JBoss, Java) is a must;
• Strong technical and logical solution analysis skills;
• Server hardware equipment usage experience is a must.
