Senior Developer needed for Tech Lead position at Genesis Systems, Inc., the national leader in Vitals Records applications. Genesis applications provide over 25% of the Birth, Death, and Life event data to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and contracts directly with State Departments of Health and Hospital Systems. The position would require attendance at and conducting Joint Application Design sessions, preparation of project management plans, assisting the Contract Manager in assuring contract compliance, and limiting "scope creep". Tasks also include project design, managing development teams, active coding and interfacing with other project team members including Asst. Project Manager, Documentation and Testing Managers to assure compliance with customers needs/contracts and coordinating all SDLC tasks to assure on time delivery and implementation of the solution. This position requires current or recent development experience/team lead in .NET in a technically challenging environment. This is a growth position with various opportunities in the future. • Hands-on experience in Web & Database, SQL for large application development projects is required. This includes:  
• C#, WCF, Entity Framework, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, XHTML, AJAX, XML, OBJECT ORIENTED JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, HTML, Relational Databases (SQL and ORACLE)
• Understanding and knowledge of multi-tier portal architecture, web technologies, enterprise networking, distributed systems technologies/methodologies, distributed database management systems, groupware, as well as the latest networking and communications technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required to achieve cooperation and reach agreement with customers and suppliers
