Job description:

  • Maintaining  and supporting Enterprise applications: BPMS, E-learning, Performance Management System, Hyperion ERP system;
  • Improving automatized business processes in EIT services;
  • Controlling Users’ support service delivery;
  • Managing End Users software centralized;
  • Being responsible for reporting.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Higher technical education (computer science);
  • 4 + years of professional experience;
  • Understanding of application support and development processes;
  • Good knowledge of office applications;
  • Experience in IT administering;
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (maintaining, scripting);
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/ Windows Server OS;
  • Strong knowledge of web-servers (MS, Oracle);
  • Intermediate knowledge of IP network;
  • Intermediate knowledge of end-user hardware/ software, Microsoft WDS plus MDT will be a plus;
  • Upper intermediate knowledge of English;
  • Team worker, good communication skills, easy to learn, responsible and hardworking.
