Role description:

• Develop and support SharePoint solution and components for enterprise Portal and collaboration solutions:
  
  • Custom web parts, application pages, page layouts, etc.;
  • Workflow solutions based on SharePoint, InfoPath Form Services and Nintex Workflow;
  • Logical and physical database structure based on the application requirements, SSIS ETL jobs
  • SharePoint integration mechanisms with the other enterprise systems;
  • Reports on a platform of MS SQL Integration Service
• Work with business owners to analyze the demand, develop requirement specifications and  test protocols
• Work with IT global and IT shared organizations to determine the most appropriate IT support.
• Provide the change management and critical incidents support or escalation
• Provide and support the required project documentations according to company standards and procedures when appropriate
• Act as business support analyst for business applications and reporting systems when appointed, including:
  
  • First point of contact for end\key users
  • Interface monitoring
  • Communicating with third parties, providing solution and testing
  • Escalating the problems and following the status
  • Testing the solutions related to the problem
  • Pre-analysis of change requests from end-users, raise change requests to related competence centres when appropriate
  • Training the end-users, including new comers in coordination with key users.
• Manage small projects in area of expertise\responsibility.
• Train key users in line with the developed guidelines, to ensure that the application is handled in the correct way.
• Provide proactive recommendations for improvement in delivery of IT services. 

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of information systems Integration.
• Knowledge of Windows Workflow Foundation.
• Skills in Web Development Technologies – .NET development (C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net) and .NET Framework (C#.Net, ASP.Net), HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript.
• Well acquainted with MS SQL DB, MS SQL Integration Services.
• Advanced MS Excel skills
