Job description:

• Take preventive actions related to NW quality, follow up the results of operation from Radio, Core and Transport network side to make sure that NW performance is as planned;
• Main NW KPIs daily follow up and control;
• KPIs middle and long term forecast, highlighting the trends;
• Cross-domain troubleshooting of the NW KPIs degradation cases;
• Reporting. 

Required qualifications and skills:

• Higher education  (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar field);
• 2+ years of working experience in information technology sphere;
• Experience in any of the modern wireless access technologies is a must;
• Understanding of structure of Mobile Core and  interfaces, nodes. Ability to distinguish Circuit Switch and Packet Switch domains. Knowledge of main KPIs of Mobile Core;
• Knowledge of GPRS flows;
• Preparation of presentations in PowerPoint;
• Data Network knowledge (CCNA- like);
• Advanced MS Office user, SQL, scripting;
• Good English level;
• Driving experience would be a plus.
