• Currently we are looking for a C/C++ developer to join our Marmalade SDK team. 

About project: 

• Marmalade SDK is a solution for cross-platform development. Team members work across a variety of development environments and target devices (iOS, Android, BlackBerry). There is possibility to take part in development of games and business applications with Marmalade SDK from the scratch as well as porting of world famous games. The team has two directions – cross-platform applications development and SDK maintenance. Current position is for cross-platform applications development. 
• Main activities of the team are cross-platform application development from PO clients as well as porting games for IdeaWorks clients. 
• The goal is to extend team resources to be able to implement complex and critical tasks as well as porting projects for high profiles. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Following the full project delivery cycle: 
  
  • analyzing the requirements; 
  • clarifying the requirements with the client; 
  • estimating the project and risks with the team; 
  • participating in development of tasks, porting games; 
  • by-project and monthly reporting. 

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in C/C++. 
• Excellent academic qualifications. 
• Ability to write high quality code quickly and work within a wide variety of codebases. 
• Ability to move rapidly between varied and challenging projects and technical environments. 
• Highly developed problem-solving and debugging skills. 
• Good knowledge of writing efficient code in constrained environments. 
• English: Under Intermediate Level 
• Personal: responsible, communicative, able to learn, not afraid to work extra hours. Ability to relate positively to and engage with a wide range of people. Strong self-motivation, reliable and flexible team-player. High attention to detail, ability to remain focused under pressure. Always seeking to improve processes and suggest alternative better solutions 

The following skills/experience are advantageous:

• Working with mobile/embedded platforms including iOS, Android. 
• Games and application development experience. 
• Previous experience of Agile/Scrum development.
• Previous experience of Test Driven Development, XP or Pare. 
• Programming.
