Currently we are looking for a QA Lead. 

Main responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 3 (or more) QA Engineers. 
• Making improvement suggestions of QA processes within location and in CSC-PO QA in general. 
• Perform testing activities on one or several projects. 
• Create test documentation of all kinds. 
• Estimate the required testing time. 
• Increase motivation, performance and technical skills of QA team. 
• Monitor the team members’ activities and make sure that all procedures are followed. 

Other duties:

• Participate in workshops with clients 
• Work with CSC-PO specific management tools 
• Help team members with complex projects 

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

General skills:

• Bachelor/Master degree related to IT; 
• 3+ years’ QA experience; 
• 1+ years’ QA Lead experience; 
• Level of English: Upper Intermediate; 
• Personal: good team player, quick learner, motivated to develop self and solve complex tasks, willing to take challenges, good coach and motivator. 

Technical skills: 
Critical:

• Excellent Jira skills. 
• Experience with Mobile (iOS, Android), Web (SaaS, E-commence), cross-platform (HTML5) and standalone projects. 
• At least basic knowledge of Xcode and Eclipse. 
• At least basic knowledge in one of automation tools (UI automation, Selenium, QTP, TestComplete, etc.) 
• At least basic SQL knowledge. 
• Cross-browser testing skills. 
• Familiar with at least one performance/load/stress testing tool (LoadRunner, JMeter, WAPT 7.5, etc.). 
• Scrum/Agile ready. 
• Experience in working with several PM’s and different projects simultaneously. 
• Strong knowledge of different testing methods, techniques and types. 
• Good knowledge of Mobile projects testing approaches. 

Would be a good plus:

• Strong knowledge of one of Automation testing tools. 
• Strong knowledge of performance/stress/load/security/stability testing. 
• Good experience in communication with clients. 
• Strong Knowledge of WAPT 7.5.
• Advanced/Fluent English level.
