Requirements:

• At least 1.5 years of the real QA experience;
• GUI, Web-interface, backoffice, 'under-skin' testing;
• Windows + Windows Server platform knowledge is a must;
• Bug report, test case, test plans deep understanding;
• Client- and server-side testing;
• ‘Burning and shining eyes’ e.g. candidate need to be passionated about QA;
• Understanding of SDLC (Software development life cycle);
• Experience and understanding of complex system testing;
• Understanding of different testing levels: unit, module, acceptance etc. etc. etc.
• Knowledge of at least one source control and issue tracking systems;
• Knowledge of at least one testing automation tool (Selenuim WebDriver is preferable);
• Test process planning;
• Defects tracking;
• Reporting;
• Collaborating with developers and customers;
• Analytical, managerial, and problem solving skills;
• Able to work on own initiative and as a part of a team;
• Punctuality, attentiveness, accuracy, maturity;
• Agree to work in funded startup (short development stages, high volatility, flexible processes);
• Team-worker, communicative and positive-minded person;

Desirable requirements:

• Fluent English;
• Continuous Integration understanding and knowledge;
• Knowledge of SQL language;
• Understanding of priorities in wide sense of this word;
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (C# is preferable);
