C#/.NET team lead/architect

Requirements:

•        At least 5 years of experience;

•        C#;

•        .NET framework (preferable 4.0);

•        WCF, WebServices;

•        SQL Server 2005 or higher;

•        MVC (preferable) and/or ASP.NET;

•        Dependency injection frameworks  - autofac, Spring.NET etc.;

•        ORM - EntityFramework  and/or NHibernate;

•        Software design patterns;

•        Concurrency;

•        Unit-testing frameworks (NUnit or any other industry-wide framework), ability to write unit-tests and keep testing coverage;

•        Ability to create mocks, knowledge of RhinoMocks, Moq or any other industry-wide framework;

•        Deep understanding of Continuous Integration;

•        Experience with highly-loaded services;

•        Experience with asynchronous solutions (MSMQ, nServiceBus etc.);

•        Deep understanding of SDLC (Software development life cycle);

•        Ability to perform architectural design of the whole system;

•        Knowledge of at least one source control and issue tracking systems;

•        Ability to work in dynamic startup environment;

•        Team-worker, communicative and positive-minded person;

•        Ability to encourage, drive forward and help all team members;

•        Be responsive for the quality of the whole team working;

Desirable requirements:

•        Fluent English;

•        Strong mathematical background;

•        Understanding of quality assurance and security requirements;

•        Experience in deep performance optimization;

•        Javascript, JQuery, AJAX;

•        SOA;

•        Wide industry understanding;

•        At least one more language/technology knowledge in addition to C#/.NET;
