Project description: XPI Inc. is a leading provider of disclosure solutions for corporate executives, accounting, legal and investment professionals, through the DisclosureNet product.

XPI's product, DisclosureNet, is an easy-to-use online solution used to find, organize and share critical information contained in annual reports, financial statements, contracts and millions of other documents filed in the US, Canada, Australia and the UK by public companies and mutual funds. More than 15,000 lawyers, accountants, investors, and corporate executives at over 530 firms - as well as a growing number of regulators - rely on DisclosureNet for their disclosure information.

The project team uses modern technologies: C# 4.0., ASP.NET 4.0, AJAX.

JOB SUMMARY We are looking for data management analysts who have initiative and a good methodical and approach to their work. A positive attitude and good work ethic will help you excel in our firm. The role involves collection and integration of corporate data to allow for better access, analysis and retrieval. While communication skills are essential, these roles are not fully client facing and have more emphasis on data entry and analysis.

Main responsibilities:

• * Coordinates and performs the preparation, verification, data entry, and editing of corporate data. * Interacts with other departments to resolve problems and inquiries, and to establish and maintain efficient data and information flow. * Retrieves, reviews and inputs information in prescribed format, utilizing research techniques to help verify critical information. * Creates, maintains, and purges specified data as required; makes individual and/or mass corrections, modifications, and/or updates to data in files, as appropriate. * Resolves problems and inconsistencies with data, * Operates as a primary source of information on specialized data and client records for internal clientele. * Ensures strict confidentiality of client records.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and reading.
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
• Ability to resolve data problems and to recommend solutions and modifications.
• Word processing and/or data entry skills.
• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
• Ability to work independently.
