Responsibilities:

• Ensuring operational stability and security of small sized IT infrastructure of branch office which is primarily based on modern Microsoft Windows technologies
• Supporting users running Microsoft Windows, Office and Adobe Acrobat software
• Taking part in annual IT budget planning, controls capital and operational expenses
• Purchasing hardware and software licenses and configuring user workplace
• Managing Microsoft servers and services including File and Print server, SQL, Exchange, Remote Desktop and Active Directory as well as VMware Server 
• Performing data backup and restore procedures
• Providing user account life cycle: creation, access rights management and disposal
• Managing users of Avaya IP Office PBX and BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
• Taking part in IT projects and implements best practices in IT technologies and procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Technology
• Experience as system administrator at least 6 years
• Knowledge of IT support
• Fluent English is essential
• Excellent communication skills, result driven and customer oriented attitude
