We are searching for a Front End Javascript Web Developer who has a strong drive to deliver engaging user experiences. You should be well-versed in the core front-end tech stack as well as the ability to learn proprietary JS frameworks.

Required Technical Competencies

• Expert Knowledge of the following Web Technologies OO Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, AJAX, XML
• Competency in Java is required as well as experience in a MVC framework like Spring
• Work experience with Firebug / Yslow/ httpwatch for front end performance tuning
• Be a strong proponent of web front end optimizations through sprites, location of CSS and Javascript on a page, CDN usage, Compression, Minification
• Experience with an Eclipse-based development tool or another IDE
• Experience using at least one source code management systems (CVS, Subversion, Perforce, etc.)

Non-technical Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with others, on the phone, in email and over teleconferences
• Must be positive, self-motivated, quality minded and be able to help on both individual contributions and team goals
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting instincts and skills
• Attention to detail: ability to define test cases, set expectations, and communicate risk in an agile environment
