Itera Consulting Ukraine, a leading provider of innovative digital solutions, is looking for the talented and highly motivated specialist on the position of Technical Consultant to work at Kyiv office.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure maintenance: LAN/WAN Administration, system administration, DB administration
• Server/Desktop hardware and software maintenance
• IT Operations management according ITIL

Requirements:

• Experience: from 2-5 years
• Networking technologies;
• Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop platform/AD/GP;
• Microsoft WSUS;
• Networking equipment, PC hardware and peripherals;

Advantage is knowledge in the following areas:

• Unix / Linux platforms;
• Terminal Services (Microsoft, Citrix);
• Services virtualization VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V and other platform;
• Microsoft SCCM/SCOM/DPM;
• Microsoft SQL and other RDBMS;
• HP OpenView Service Desk, HP Service Manager and HP related products;
• Security solutions Proxy-servers / Firewall;
• ITIL, ISO 20000
• Fluent English (both speaking and writing)
• Norwegian language is a plus
