On behalf of our client - one of the international banks operating in Ukraine EXON Recruiters is currently looking for an outstanding professional for a position of  Head of IT development

Responsibilities:

·         Management of the software development processes as well as introduction of new and modification of the existing software

·         Preparation and execution of operational and strategic development plan for the bank's IT together with business strategy. Regular updating of the plan in accordance with changing business needs and priorities

·         Managing the business requirements for the development / modification of IT systems and amendments thereto

·         Management team, staff development, supervision, training, evaluation

·         Ensuring the regulatory basis for the regulation of the bank's IT, monitoring of it's implementation

·         Providing qualitative and efficient work of the second and third line support software (both purchased and own)

·         The interaction with the project office, coordination of IT resources in the projects, interaction with the parties involved in the project, as well as project sponsors and owners of the business

·         Creating, Planning and Development of the target Bank IT architecture

Requirements:

·         University Degree

·         Experience in managing software development division

·         Experience in the development of banking software (PHP, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, Delphi)

·         Knowledge and understanding of the application architecture of the banking systems

·         Knowledge of PHP, Oracle, MS SQL, Delphi

·         Strong credit analysis and decision making skills

·         Excellent managerial skills

·         English - upper –intermediate
