The role focus: This is the key role in operations center to develop and strengthen solution based services and platform delivery to our current and potential customers.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis:
  
  • Analyze customer needs and provide GAP analysis
  • Formulate BRS, SRS and SDS, advise a solution based on the client needs
  • Participate in resources estimations, costs and time frames

• Solution Engineering:
  
  • Create Solution development plan and roadmap
  • Play a role of solution architect and designer during the customization
  • Develop customized solution
  • Participate in integration, installation and technical consultancy on the client site
• Train field consultants to the jNetX domain, and particularities in releases, integration and solution engineering based on our platform.
• Participate in establishing and improving business processes between field consultants, project managers, CSI, solution engineering and R&D

Technical Skills:

• 3+ years in Java Software development or testing experience.
• 3+ Telecom experience or knowledge of Telecommunication architecture, SS7 and SIP high level protocols.
• 3+ Experience in customization or application development
• Experience in requirement analysis
• 2+ years of  Project management experience is a plus
