Responsibilities:

• For this position, we are looking for SW engineers to join us and work on the Intel Media SDK product development for a family of Intel core products (e.g. Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge, Haswell, etc).

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Design and develop video codecs and advanced video processing algorithms in native GenX assembly language / C /C++, debug their functionalities and integration with Intel Media SDK.
• Performance analysis and optimization for the media driver on various Intel platforms running different operating systems including Win and Linux family
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with software and hardware design/development/validation teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree (a Master of Science degree is preferred) in Computer Science or a similar field
• At least 3 years of experience in Software development
• Expertise in video coding and processing
• Multi-core and algorithmic optimization
• Good knowledge of OOP, C/C++
• Linux or UNIX equivalent environment, compilers, software optimization, debugging
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in English (verbal and written) and Russian
• Creativity and ability to work in a fast, multitasking environment
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with software and hardware design/development/validation teams
