Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible to design and develop the reports and cubes using Cognos technologies based on the application design specification.
  • This role is also accountable to analyze the complex reports and make changes (if needed) to improve the performance of those reports.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Designing and changing the report using Cognos Report Studio, Query Studio tools based on the business requirement.
  • Optimizing the complex SQL to improve performance of the reports
  • Developing the technical specification documents for reports and cubes
  • Database: ORACLE
