To guarantee the continuity within the team and service towards the customer, Belgian company "Univeg Logistics" is looking for a NET DEVELOPER (Moscow office).

Introduction / General purpose of the function:

• Univeg has developed its own logistical software for 3d parties.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Reporting & contacts
  
  • Reports to the Country IT-Manager.
  • Internal contacts: Business analysts, project managers, .NET developers, tester.
  • External contacts: Customers.
• Tasks:
  
  • Your are part of an international team that works on its own application for Warehouse Management and Distribution.
  • You will take care of the maintenance of the system in cooperation with your team and as part of a helpdesk.
  • On the medium term you will contribute in optimising the system, among others by developing solutions an problems and questions from the international subsidiairies.
  • Eventually you will be involved in the development of other new applications.
  • Writing of interfaces between Univeg software and customers software (= make software communicate between different parties).
  • Occasional international travel is required (mainly within Europe) to support local implementations.

Profile description:

• Education, Knowledge, Experience:
  
  • Bachelor degree or higher in informatics
  • +/- 5 year of professional experience in programming in .NET. Univeg uses .NET framework 3.5.
  • Ideally you have experience in building applications in WPF & WCF.
  • You have knowledge of an SQL Server 2008 (eg. SSIS Packages)
  • You are highly interested and motivated to programm applications.
  • Languages: good command in English
• Technical skills:
• Knowledge of:
  
  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and the programming language C# .
  • SQL server 2008.
  • .NET framework 3.5.
  • WPF and WCF is a plus
  • Logistics is an advantage.
