Skelia invites Access/VBA Developer (ref: TCB-VBA-DV01) for long-term and full-time employment at its service center in Lviv, Ukraine.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Higher education in computer science/technical field
• 2+ years of professional background
• Experience in MS Access database development
• VBA programming skills
• Knowledge of relational concepts and SQL is a plus
• Knowledge of MS SQL is a plus
• Troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good  level of English
• Willing to travel abroad

YOUR MISSION:

• You work as a part of the extension team of well-known international travel company.
• You are involved in maintenance of existing and development of new MS Access database applications which are mission-critical to customer business’ services.
• You collaborate with the business users of the database to clarify requirements, define the design, and then update the functionality in MS Access to meet the requirements.
• You integrate an MS Access database into an environment with multiple application platforms.
• Conversion of MS Access tables into MS SQL tables and migration of MSAccess data into MS SQL is envisaged.
