 Requirements:

  • SL3 general support tasks. Issue handling and follow-up. 
  • Root-cause analysis. Direct communication with customer's development teams. 
  • Performance optimization and tuning. 
  • Participation in environment migration to Cognos 10. Building QA and load-test environments. 
  • Working on wide range of tasks indirectly related to Cognos (e.g. LDAP, databases, scripting, configuration). 

Requirements:

  • Cognos BI Server administration and development (optional) experience. 
  • Database development\administration. Oracle preferred. (optional) 
  • Understanding Java, SQL. (optional) 
  • Excellent written English communication (about 10-15 mails per day to be dispatched), good speaking (comparable to at least IELTS 5 mark
