Solution Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintenance of customer - specific solutions;
• Customer specific functional development (design, documentation);
• Solutions bug fixing, and issues assessment;
• Troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools
• Ensure proper documentation;
• Coach new project team members;

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• At least 2 year of recent experience in development using OOP, web programming;
• Java EE, SQL, PL/SQL at expert proficiency level;
• English (upper intermediate possible intermediate);
• Experience in telecommunications areas is an additional asset.
