GlobalLogic is looking for Perl Automated Build System Developer to work on full-time basis in its Kyiv office.


It’s easy to join our team if you have:

  • Extensive Perl experience
  • Experience with version control systems
  • Experience with Web development, HTML, XPath, XML, XSLT

Just perfect if you have:

  • Knowledge of build tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of GWT (Google Windowing Toolkit) is a plus
  • Knowledge of bash/cmd scripting is a plus
  • Knowledge of continuous integration is a plus
  • Familiarity with C/C++ is plus
  • Familiarity with AccuRev is plus
  • Familiarity with ElectricCommander is a plus
  • Fluent English


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop Resource (build machine) health monitoring and notification
  • Implement enhancements to or replacement of the EC AccuRev plugin to better suit global Avid needs in CI and production builds
  • Develop plugins for code analysis tools like Coverity
  • Develop procedures to run and gather metrics for non-xUnit unit testing (like GoogleTest)
  • Develop Project-specific report generation
  • Development of user-friendly GWT-based UI, to eliminate much of the manual data entry.
  • Development of a unit test framework for EC procedures themselves
