Duties:

1.       Support with ad hoc data request

2.       Monitor quality of data and information

3.       Prepare corporate and marketing monthly, weekly and daily metrics

4.       Conduct analysis of KPIs provide recommendation for continues business improvement

5.       Partner with marketing team to track and analyze marketing campaigns performance

6.       Assists in developing plans and forecast for key business performance indicators

7.       Maintain a strong relationship with internal IT (OLAP) support team

Requirements:

1.       Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science is desired

2.       Minimum of 2 years’ experience in analytical role with financial services company

3.       Experience working with databases and familiarity with data warehousing concepts

4.       Knowledge of SQL a must

5.       Working experience with business reporting and/or analytical tools

6.       Fluent in Russian language and ability to speak, read and write in English

7.       Strong knowledge of MS programs e.g. Word, Excel, and Access.

8.       Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentation and communicate results

9.       Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule and meet deadlines
