On behalf of Playtech Ciklum is looking for a Java Web developer for new iPoker team.

The company was founded in 1999 and has 1000 full-time employees in such counties as the UK, Estonia, Bulgaria, Israel.  Our products: Complete best-of-breed product suite, including casino, casual games, sports betting, live gaming, lottery and the world’s largest poker and bingo networks.

Job description and tasks:  

• Development of iPoker client components. Includes implementation of the new HTML5 mobile client using latest RIA technologies. You will also participate in design and architectural decisions (using GWT, HTML5, WebSockets, Ajax and JavaScript) 

Requirements:  

• Higher education in IT or Computer Science.  

• At least 3 year of experience in web development.  

• Good knowledge of web technologies: Java, HTML and JS  

• Strong technical knowledge and analytical mindset, ability to develop software components independently, including design, high coding standards, and mentoring others.  

• Good understanding of a product life cycle; acquaintance with Agile methodologies is beneficial.  

• Ambitious, motivated and a good team player. 

• Good English (written and spoken). 

Beneficial skills:  

• Experience with Web analysis tools like Wireshark, Firebug, DOMSpy, Fiddler and YSlow 

• Experience with any web development toolkit: GWT, WebMatrix, Bootstrap, jQuery, ExtJS  

• Proactive, able to contribute to the overall quality of the product by improving architecture and processes.  

• Background in gaming/gambling industries is an advantage.  

• Background in Mobile development is a huge advantage
