Department DPA (Data Protection Advisor)

Seek to manage service levels, reduce complexity, and eliminate manual efforts with EMC’s powerful data protection management software that automates monitoring, analysis, alerting, and reporting across backup, replication, and virtual environments

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

• Responsible to organize QA process to verify both client and server components of the system – functional, system, regression testing; manual and automated tests
• Maintains and modifies local test environment and configuration
• Creates and runs test cases, analyzes test results
• Defects verification
• Works together with development team to find the cause of defects and fix them
• Coordinates the activities of small QA team (2-3 people)

Experience / Key Skills required:

• Good understanding of QA methodology
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience in testing of web-applications
• Knowledge of bugtracking systems (JIRA)
• Knowledge of Linux (experienced user)
• Communication skills, good English
• Understanding of business environment
• Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments
