International software company with headquarters in the U.S. is looking for Senior .NET Developer to work on the full-time basis (long-term).
 
Required skills (Senior Level):
  • IDE: Visual Studio 2010.
  • .NET 4.0 or later.
  • .NET Compact Framework 3.5.
  • Windows Azure SDK for .NET 1.6
  • Database: SQL Server 2012
  • Database components: NHibernate 3.0 or later / Entity Framework 4.0 or later / DevExpress XPO.NET.
  • Reporting: SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Client/Server communication: HTTPS.
  • Web Services: Windows Communication Foundation.
  • Unit testing framework: MS Test.
  • Logging framework: Log4Net.
  • Dependency Injection/Inversion of control framework: Unity (Microsoft Enterprise Library 5.0 or higher).
  • User Controls: DevExpress.
  • Automatic update component: AppLife Update.
 
General skills:
  • English (written and spoken): intermediate and upper
  • Strong self-management and time-control
 
Preferable skills (option):
  • RFID API versions:
  • Motorola .NET readers: EMDK for .NET v2.4, RFID 3 API.
  • Motorola and Sirit Java readers: RAPID SDK 4.0 (August 15, 2011).
 
Coding Standards & Guidelines to be provided on the project:
  • Coding conventions: StyleCop.
  • Static code analysis: Visual Studio Code Analysis.
  • Automatic tests: All new functionality must be covered by unit tests. There are no requirements for code coverage.
  • Best practices (to be provided after an interview).
  • Source code repository structure.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions for our customer(s)
  • Quick understanding of existing code and ability to refactor
  • Facilitate the development of projects with team members and members of client's team
