Responsibilities:

• Leading design and development of NetCracker OSS program components and extensions;
• Work as a member of development team;
• Supervising group of software engineers;
• Estimating efforts and duration on development;
• Work on NetCracker OSS product development projects;
• Involvement in solution implementation projects;
• Interaction with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and Customer Support teams;
• Provide expertise and best practices on technical aspects of product development and implementation projects including performance;
• Introduce new development technologies, instruments and techniques.

Requirements:

• University technical degree;
• 3+ years experience as software developer in Java/C++/C#;
• Experience working as team lead with more than 2 developers;
• Strong OOP skills;
• Deep understanding of J2SE and J2EE, Web Services, JMS, JDBC, Hibernate, JSF, AJAX, Spring, XML/XSLT, UML, ORM solutions;
• Deep knowledge of RDBMS (preferably Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL;
• Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: shells, version control systems, IDEs, project assembling tools;
• Understanding of concepts and design patterns for  enterprise web-based distributed systems;
• Experience in Developing OSS Systems (Preference to Inventory, Provisioning, GIS applications, Network Planning);
• Experience in development of WebServices, Corba, RMI transport layers;
• Experience in OSS/J, MTOSI, MTNM;
• Ability to travel within the country and abroad;
• Good technical English verbal/writing skills.
