Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of development team;
• Participate in development of new NetCracker OSS program components and extensions (detailed design, coding, unit test, support);
• Work on NetCracker OSS product development projects;
• Involvement in solution implementation projects;

Requirements:

• University technical degree;
• 2+ years experience as software developer in Java/C++/C#;
• Strong OOP skills;
• J2SE and J2EE, Web Services, JMS, JDBC, AJAX, XML/XSLT, UML. Experience with alternative ORM solutions considered as a plus;
• RDBMS (preferably Oracle), SQL, PL/SQL;
• Knowledge of development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities and environment: shells, version control systems, IDEs, project assembling tools;
• Understanding of concepts and design patterns for  enterprise web-based distributed systems;
• Experience in Developing OSS Systems (Preference to Inventory, Provisioning, GIS applications, Network Planning);
• Knowledge of Inventory, Outside Plant, GIS, Planning areas
• Experience in telecommunication subject area;
• Experience in development of WebServices, Corba, RMI transport layers;
• Experience in OSS/J, MTOSI, MTNM;
• Experience in managing a team of developers;
• Ability to travel within the country and abroad;
• Good technical English verbal/writing skills.
