Lamoda.ru (Kupishoes LLC) is russia's fastest growing fashion e-commerce startup. 

The company has reached the #1 position in the shoe segment within 6 months after launch. The project was launched in March, 2011, and soon became one of the leading players in the online shopping sphere. Today Lamoda.ru already has the biggest choice of shoes in the Russian online market and is rapidly expanding its selection of clothes and accessories. The fast growth is driven by the support of major European investment companies: Tengelmann Group, Holtzbrinck Ventures, Investment AB Kinnevik

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and support our Warehouse Management System
  • Develop and maintain interfaces to different other systems
  • Develop automatic tests, documentation.

Needed skills:

  • At least 2-3 years exp. in Java, good knowledge and understanding of Java core and OO principles.
  • Good SQL knowledge (Postgres is a big plus)
  • Development tools: ant, maven, Java IDE
  • Linux (Debian), shell/python scripts, server maintenance and setup
  • Experience in using Version Control (SVN or git)
  • Some experience with HTML/CSS/JS (JQuery is plus).

One or more of the following would be a plus:
  • EJB  3.0/3.1 (hibernate, jms, webservices, autowiring, JNDI )
  • Experience in working with JBoss 4 / Tomcat (Jboss 7 is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Spring, Apache Camel, testing (JUnit, Selenium), Jenkins
  • Netbeans platform GUI development
  • Template engines (Freemarker/Velocity/JSPetc), Spring webflow
  • State-of-the-art Warehouse Management Systems.
