Position: Senior C++ Developer

If you are interested in working on cutting edge Storage technologies and learning more about real time distributed and embedded systems, we have a position for you. As a Lead Engineer for Shared Storage Team, you will work in an exciting fast paced environment with coworkers in Kiev and US to deliver critical features and releases for customers all over the world. You will help maintain and enhance products which are used by big broadcasters and postproduction houses as 24 * 7 systems all over the world.

The position requires working closely with US team to define requirements and work with offshore team to ensure successful implementations of these requirements, in time and with highest quality. The position also requires mentoring and coaching junior software engineers on software engineering best practices & leading code reviews to ensure quality. Software development experience with distributed systems, networking protocols and embedded systems is required and prior experience with storage and file systems is a plus.

It’s easy to join our team if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Strong C/C++ experience
• Prior experience with Embedded systems or writing applications running on Embedded systems
• Strong networking, distributed systems and operating systems background
• Experience writing multi-threaded applications
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience working on Linux or Win OS
• BA or BS required.

• Experience working on Storage or File Systems 
• Kernel experience;
• Experience with Video and/or Audio technologies
