Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining product documentation
  • Maintaining corporate wiki (Atlassian Confluence)
  • Preparation of release notes, review of tasks in bug tracking system (Jira)
  • Interfacing with clients regarding product features and improvements

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience in technical writing
  • Excellent written English
  • Deep understanding of client-server computer systems and databases
  • Following technical writing standards and best practices
  • Ability to create and maintain an interrelated set of documents on a complex system
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Familiarity with UNIX based systems at the user level (e.g. shell)
  • Financial knowledge is a plus
