 Project description: Our customer is Swiss renowned consulting company. The project goal is to extend functionality of existing web site that is specialized on Effective Further Development of Organizations.

Technology stack: .NET 3.5, C#, WCF services, ASP.NET Web Forms, Telerik ASP.NET controls, Telerik WinForms Controls, Syncfusion controls, SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services

The responsibilities of Team Lead at this project are:

• Сommunication with customer (requirements, technical issues),
• Requirements elaboration,
• Estimation of efforts,
• Architecture and design of the project,
• Technical management of the team,

Requirements:

•  Profound knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, WCF, ASP.NET, WinForms), minimum of 3 year work experience
•  Knowledge of relational DB, database management system (MS SQL, MySQL etc.), SQL
•  Clear understanding and practical implementation of the object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, corporate system architecture, knowledge of UML
•  Understanding the process of commercial software development, program life-cycle stages, reporting
•  Knowledge of English: reading and writing technical documentation, ability to take part in conference calls with customer

Preferred skills:

•  Knowledge of Telerik ASP.Net Controls, Telerik WinForms Controls
•  Personal traits: analytical thinking, responsibility, sociability, ability to work in team, attention to details, leadership skills
•  Knowledge of German
