ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

  • Master of Science (MS) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Software Development, Programming, or equivalent

BASIC PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Call Control (Communication Theory, Computer Science, or equivalent major)
  • 3+ years' RnD experience
  • 1. Good knowledge of 3G / 4G protocol, especially NAS Mobile radio interface layer
  • 2. Comparable language skill on C/C++
  • Good Command of Oral and Written English Needed
