Desired Experience and Skills:

• proven writing skills (please provide a published manual, article, datasheet, preferably in English)
• experience in system/network administration or enterprise software implementation
• previous software or hardware development experience
• previous technical research experience
• a wide technical outlook: familiarity with Linux, databases, virtualization platforms, GUI design principles

 

Responsibilities:

• writing online help and user/administrator guides: in English, from scratch, in parallel with software product development using dedicated authoring software
• writing GUI text strings as a part of software product development
• creating business documentation for new software products (pricing guides, best practices, hardware configuration guides, video tutorials etc.)
