ELEKS announces a vacancy opening for R&D Engineer at Lviv office.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform technology research in company's strategic directions
• Technology consulting for pre-sales project phase
• Project startup leadership
• Perform technical audits/consultancy for running projects
• Participation in internal education process as technical expert and/or trainer

Mandatory Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in commercial software development
• Deep knowledge and understanding of at least one mainstream platform (.NET, Java or C++)
• Understanding of most common-used programming platforms
• Fast-learning skills (e.g. ability to learn programming language in 2-3 days)
• Ability to deal with high level of uncertainty
• Ability to share knowledge with people
• Good presentation and communication skills

Optional Requirements:

• Knowledge of at least 3 programming languages
• Strong computer science background (algorithms, data structures etc.)
• Experience in software architecture and design
• Leadership skills
