This role is based in Global Technical Support Center, Moscow with responsibility to support remotely all life systems (IN platforms) at the sites of our clients (worldwide mobile operators) all around the world.


Main responsibilities:

  • Providing technical customer support and expertise in functional blocks of company products;
  • Bug registering and taking necessary measures to eliminate them (work in a team with developers and testers);
  • Licensing;
  • Leading technical support of projects during its lifecycle;
  • Configuration and launch of our products (IN Platform);
  • Participate in integration, stress, performance and functional testing.


Requirements:

  • Technical help desk experience is preferable;
  • Some experience in Java / Shell programming and UNIX administration;
  • Basic knowledge of SS7, SIP protocols and IN is highly appreciated;
  • Upper intermediate level of English;
  • Strong teaming and communication skills;
  • Positive approach and ability to work under stress;
  • Quick minded and flexible personality.
