Our client is an innovative international software company, developing Demand Side Platform for selling real-time mobile advertisement.  Due to the business development, the company needs IT Manager to join and lead Kiev team.

 Position:  IT Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and organization of  IT department
• Internal infrastructure support, video and phone systems (3 offices in 3 countries)
• Lead a team of system administrators
• Monitor about 50 Amazon servers
• Support of high load systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Management
• Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure, experience with Linux environment is a must 
• Experience with servers maintenance
• Experience in supporting about 50-100 users
• Planning and managing skills
• Previous experience as IT engineer or System Administrator
• Experience with high load systems and distributed teams would be a plus
• Great communication skills
• English knowledge not less that Upper Intermediate
