Our client is an innovative international software company, developing Demand Side Platform for selling real-time mobile advertisement.  Due to the business development, the company needs PHP Team Lead to join and lead Kiev team.

 Position:  PHP Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Leading the team of 5 programmers
• Architecture of the system and personal development, mostly back end.
• Making architectural decisions

Requirements:

• Higher education in computer-related field
• 5 + years of experience with PHP development
• Experience in leading team and system architecture
• Programming experience in several languages
• Profound knowledge of PHP and Zend framework
• Knowledge of Silex would be a plus
• Strong knowledge of  HTML, JavaScript, SQL, RNG, XML 
• Preferable is the knowledge of Python or Ruby on Rails
• Working knowledge of English
• Interest in Scala or Erlang will be a plus
