Job Description:

• Our flagship product RetailNEXT provides business intelligence and consumer behavior insights in real-time to retailers using state-of-the-art technologies such as video analytics. We are looking to expand our technical support team with talented, highly-motivated individuals who can support our customers both before and after the sales cycle and help them get the most out of our products.

As a technical support engineer, you will:

• Work closely with our customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with our solution
• Represent our customers internally and champion their needs with the product team
• Work with the engineering team to resolve technical issues
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure successful test deployments
• Help train our partners to effectively deploy our solution
• Help keep troubleshooting and installation guides up to date

Required skills:

• Excellent knowledge of IP networking, including routing, NATs, firewalls, etc.
• Experience with troubleshooting on the Linux platform
• Working knowledge of scripting in a Unix environment
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in a technical pre-sales or support role
• Excellent command of English
• Familiarity with C/C++, C#, .NET Framework.
• Experience in TCP/IP, HTTP protocols.
